What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Recover build -Sign-in screen is seen ->Turn-off WI-FI from Uber Tray 
(2)Now "Network not available" is seen ->click on 'sign in as an existing user' -> enter email id -> click on 'NEXT' to navigate to password page
(3)Observe 'Show password'/'Hide password' option is seen missing at 'Enter your password' text field 
(Please refer video and screenshot)

Expected: 'Show password'/'Hide password' option should be seen at 'Enter your password' text field 
Actual: Instead 'Show password'/'Hide password' option is seen missing at 'Enter your password' text field 

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62

Note :  Issue is also seen on M-64, M-65 and also on M-67
