Regression : Video opens in Minimize mode and then maximizes automatically in Files App |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.48/10452.22.0 beta channel Kip, Reks, Daisy OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? Sample URL : http://www.sample-videos.com/ What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user ->Now go to above URL -> download any file (2)Now go to Files App -> Select downloaded video -> Right Click and select 'Open with Video Player' option (3)Now observe window is seen in Minimized mode and then maximized (Please refer Video) Note: Issue is seen on M-63 ,M-64, M-65 and also on latest M-67 Expected: Window should be directly open in maximized mode Actual: Instead first window will be in Minimized mode and then maximizes automatically This is Regression Issue seen as same is working fine in M-62 @fukino : Please confirm the Issue

C#1> a)Issue observed only for the first time when video is opened in Files app (On clicking 'Open with Video player' from Context menu) and from second time onwards video plays normally i.e. in Maximized mode only b)Repro Steps: (1)Sign in to user -> download any Video(Any MB) (2)Now go to Files App -> Select downloaded video -> Right Click and select 'Open with Video Player' option (3)Now observe window will be seen in small size window and then maximizes automatically (4)Closed Video player -> Now again tried to open -> observed video play in Maximize mode only Attaching Screenshots of Video open in Small size mode Reopening Issue as able to view video in small size window for the first time. Please close if this is also WAI. Thanks..!!

The issue in comment #2 is also WAI. When the video player opens for the first time, the initial size is its default size, then the window will expand to fit the actual video size. |
