Non-Regression: Glimpse of unwanted space is seen at the bottom of page after disabling docked magnifier in gmail page

Chrome Version:66.0.3359.48/10452.22.0 beta channel Daisy,Kip,Reks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Open https://mail.google.com/
(2)From Ubertray/Accessibility >>enable and disable docked magnifier 
(3)Observe the inbox content after disabling it

Actual:Glimpse of unwanted space is seen at the bottom of page after disabling docked magnifier 
Expected: No such glimpse of patches should be seen 

Raising this as Non-Regression issue seen from M-66

Note:Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
