Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Sign in box gets displayed 2. Click More Option 3. Click Create Account 4. Sign up form page gets displayed 5. Fill information 6. Move the cursor "Next step" button 7. Click "Next step" button 8. Pop up shows 9. Move the cursor "Cancel" and "I Agree" button What is the expected behavior? Hand cursor icon is should enable while moving the cursor to buttons What went wrong? User confused for the button is working or not. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.113

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.181 using Windows 10 with steps mentioned in comment#0. Able to see default mouse pointer when hovered to buttons. Attaching screencast for reference. @REporter: Please check the video and let us know if we miss anything. Please check the issue on fresh profile which do not have any apps/extensions enabled. Also please reset all flags to default and check the issue. Any further info on reproducing the issue would help in further debugging of the issue. Thanks!

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #65.0.3325.181 and latest canary #67.0.3387.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!
