It would be nice to be able to suggest changes to Chromium code on cs.chromium.org without having to checkout, build, and run a heavy Chromium build on your computer, especially for trivial changes like issue 824552 and issue 824557. To prevent (or tremendously reduce) spam attempts, users could be required to pass a reCAPTCHA challenge before having their change go up on codereview.
