<video> tag support in offline pages |

Issue descriptionI am trying to add a video to mhtml using the <video...> tag. Encoding the video and adding it as a resource to the mhtml, and then referencing that resource from the main body html did not work. Inlining the encoded video as a data URI in the main body displays the video thumbnail, but does not let you interact with any of the controls. I have attached a sample mhtml file as a simple example.

Take a look and decide if this is important to the offline pages case. If so, we might want to get the folks who wrote the media tag to help.
