What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ga6RYejo6Hk
(2) Enter VR Browsing
(3) Click the "Cast To" icon on the Media Control bar.
Icon looks like a box with a speaker on the bottom left corner.

What is the expected result?
Nothing should happen or the icon so be removed.

What happens instead?
The user is presented with the "Cast to" dialog which is outside VR.
