Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open new tab 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? When I open a new tab the background of the new tab page fully loads. What went wrong? The bottom of the new tab page doesn't load the background. I tried removing the theme and adding it again and I tried different themes and the issue would go away for the first couple of new tabs I Open but then after I go to a website or exit Chrome and reload it the issue comes back. I've tried new tabs without any theme but the background is white so if the issue happened I couldn't tell presumably because white is the default color of new tab background. Did this work before? Yes Idk it was working a couple of days ago. Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

What's the theme & screen resolution being used here? This looks like dupe of issue 822492 .

My screen is 1920x1080 but idk where to find the resolution of the theme, I assumed the theme was stretched to the resolution of the screen |
