Steps To Reproduce:
(1) turn on the on-screen keyboard
(2) click in any editable text entry
(3) touch the 'caps lock' button on the on-screen keyboard

Expected Result: nothing gets inserted

Actual Result: this gets inserted: "Unidentified"

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
User must delete inserted text.
