Application installation gets terminated abruptly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open play store and start installing application
2. Application installation will be in progress
3. In sometime installation will stop
This happens approximately 1% of the time and not always 

What is the expected behavior?
Application should get installed successfully and Google Play store should display "Uninstall" and "Open" buttons

What went wrong?
Application installation got terminated and Google Play Store displays "Install" button again

Chrome version: 65  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10323.54.0
Flash Version: 

Images have the Unix timestamp in their name (during which they were captured) and logs didn't provide much information about what went wrong between this period.

Elijah, do you think this falls in our jurisdiction or is this something we need to pass to Play?

I don't immediately see anything obvious in the logs.
