Blackboxing support for performance inspector

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open DevTools
2. Blackbox some scripts
3. Switch to the Performance tab
4. Record some code execution that uses blackboxed scripts
5. Observe blackboxed scripts appearing in output

What is the expected behavior?
Blackboxed scripts should not appear in output

What went wrong?
The DevTools Performance tab shows blackboxed scripts whereas it should not. Screenshot attached.
