Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome 
2. In NTP page, long press on any popular tiles
3. Tap on Remove button in context menu
4. Load any other page before the toast message disappears
5. Tap on undo button

Observed results:
Removed tile can’t be restored 

Note 1: Bookmark any webpage, delete the bookmark and repeat step 4 and 5. Bookmark restores 
Note 2: In Android at step 4, on loading any webpage the toast message dismisses

Expected results:
Either Tile should be restored in NTP or toast message should be removed on opening any other webpage.
