Regression : 'Join Wi-Fi network' overlay does not get closed for few seconds even after clicking on 'CONNECT' button

Chrome Version: 67.0.3376.0/10505.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Candy and Reks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Recover build -> In OOBE screen click on 'Let's go' which navigates to 'Connect to network' screen
(2)Now select required Wi-Fi network -> 'Join Wi-Fi network' overlay is seen and enter correct password  ->Click on 'CONNECT' button -> observe 'Join Wi-Fi network' overlay can be seen with faded 'CONNECT' button for few seconds
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: 'Join Wi-Fi network' overlay should get close automatically after clicking on 'CONNECT' button
Actual: Instead 'Join Wi-Fi network' overlay does not get closed for few seconds even after connecting to Network

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-65

That faded image is a graphics bug, not a network config UI bug.

I seem to recall another similar issue.

-> oshima@ to triage or resolve duplicate.

I'm not sure If I understand the bug correctly. The video looks normal (faded image looks like it's just hiding animation).

What's the exact issue? If the issue is "it didn't close immediately like before",
then it should be in UI (not sure if it's config UI or dialog framework).

Looking at the video again in real time I also don't see what the bug is. The fade animation looks fine to me and is expected behavior.

It's closing animation and expected.
