What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,go to chrome://settings/dateTime >>click on Set date and time
(2)Observe the Check your system time overlay

Actual:No default focus is seen either on 'Done' button/'X' button ..
Expected: Default focus should be seen either on 'Done' button/'X' button..

This is a Non Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
