Precondition :
1. Sign in to chrome
2. Enable voice over from device settings.

Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome. 
2. Tap on Menu > Settings > Tap on signed in user.
3. Tap on any username
4. Tap on Sign in Security 
5. Tap on Help(?) Button 
6. Tap on Done button

Observed results:
‘Done” button is not tappable in voice over mode.

Expected results:
“Done” button should be tappable.
