Regression:White space is seen at top border of Virtual Keyboard |

Issue descriptionChrome Version:67.0.3376.0/10505.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks OS:Chrome OS Precondition: Keep Virtual keyboard layout as Floating mode What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into user >>go to chrome://settings/languages >>Input method >>enable 'Show input options in the shelf' (2)At Ubertray >>click on keyboard icon >> select any input method and observe the Virtual keyboard popup Actual: white space is seen at top border of VK Expected: No such weird space should be seen This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 67.0.3369.0/10493.0.0 dev channel Note: 1.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS 2. Issue is not seen when enabling it from Accessibility settings/Onscreen keyboard Attached the screenshots for reference..
