Non-Regression: Unwanted grey patch is seen in the docked region when docked magnifier is enabled

OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Enable docked magnifier accessibility and mouse the cursor to the end of the screen and observe (Refer video)

Actual: Unwanted grey patch is seen in the docked region
Expected: No such issue should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M67
