OS:Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4) and Linux (14.04 LTS) OS.

Pre-condition:Login with valid credentials.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and navigate to gmail.com.
2.Click on 'classroom' google app from google apps icon.
3.Click on 'google apps'  scroll down and observe

Actual Result: Extra white space is observed on google app overlay.
Expected Result: Extra white space should not be observed on google app overlay.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60 series.

Note:Issue is seen on latest Dev #67.0.3371.0 & latest canary 67.0.3377.0
