Regression: Spacing issue is seen with virtual keyboard in Floating mode

Chrome Version:67.0.3376.0/10505.0.0 dev channel Daisy,Candy,Reks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build >> In OOBE from Accessibility settings >> enable On-screen keyboard
(2)Keep the layout to Floating mode and Observe the  buttons such as caps lock

Actual: Spacing issue is seen with virtual keyboard i.e, the caps lock text is overlapped with that indicator in Floating mode
Expected No such spacing issue should be seen.

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 67.0.3369.0/10493.0.0 dev channel

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
