Pre-Condition: Have multiple users signed in to the device

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to one user>> From ubertray, click on user and then click on Sign-in to another user 
(2)In the Multiple sign-in screen hit Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R and click cancel of multiple sign-in screen and observe

Actual: Ubertray goes missing and notifcation icon is seen chopped
Expected: No such issue should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62

NOTE: Issue is seen in M63, M64, M65 and M66 also
