Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome canary
  2.  Open above URL.
  3.  Tap on downloadable file --> Infobar is displayed and file downloads 
  4.  Edge swipe or tap on “<--” button

Observed results:
Notice that the infobar is still displayed on NTP

Expected results:
Infobar should disappear on moving to NTP or other pages in the same tab.
