Issue descriptionApp Version: 67.0.3376.0 canary iOS Version: 11.2.6, 10.3.3 Device: iPhones, iPad URL: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201549, https://developer.apple.com/fonts/ Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome canary 2. Open above URL. 3. Tap on downloadable file --> Infobar is displayed and file downloads 4. Edge swipe or tap on “<--” button Observed results: Notice that the infobar is still displayed on NTP Expected results: Infobar should disappear on moving to NTP or other pages in the same tab.
