Regression: Two Vertical Scroll bars are observed while performing zoom in on chrome://extensions page

Chrome Version: 67.0.3377.0 (Official Build) Revision: d77b019f5aa49e13a58521f3b1e3604bd391be53-refs/heads/master@{#544610} (32/64-bit)
 	
OS: Win (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions page.
2. Now try to zoom in the page and observe.

Actual Result: Two Vertical Scroll bars are observed.
Expected Result: Single Vertical Scroll bar should be seen.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-67 series, and will soon update other info.

Good Build: 67.0.3375.0

This is a regression issue, broken in M-67 series, Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build: 67.0.3376.1 (Revision: 544069)
Bad Build:  67.0.3377.0 (Revision: 544610)

You are probably looking for a change made after 544194 (known good), but no later than 544195 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Rechecked the above issue on latest Canary build #67.0.3381.0 for Windows OS (7, 8, 8.1, 10), Linux OS (14.04 LTS) and the issue is fixed. Please refer the attached screencast.
