PROBLEMAS PARA INGRESAR A WWW.GMAIL.COM Y WWW.FACEBOOK.COM

Issue description

QUÉ TAL... TENGO UN PROBLEMA PARA ACCEDER A CIERTAS PÁGINAS (COMO GMAIL O FACEBOOK) PERO CON OTRAS OK. YA COMPROBÉ QUE LA CONEXIÓN DE WIFI ESTÉ OK, DESHABILITÉ LAS CASILLAS DE LAN (CONFIGURACIÓN DE PROXY), BORRÉ LOS DATOS, LIMPIÉ MI ORDENADOR CON EL ANTIVIRUS, DESINSTALÉ GOOGLE CHROME Y AÚN AL REINSTALARLO CONTINÚO CON EL PROBLEMA.
EL ERROR QUE TENGO ES "GOOGLE NO PUEDE ACCEDER A ESTA PÁGINA. COMPROBAR EL PROXY Y EL CORTAFUEGOS". 
DESDE INTERNET EXPLORER PUEDO INGRESA R AESTAS PÁGINAS. TENGO WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE.
OJALÁ PUEDAN AYUDARME. GRACIAS

Translated message: WHAT SUCH ... I HAVE A PROBLEM TO ACCESS CERTAIN PAGES (LIKE GMAIL OR FACEBOOK) BUT WITH OTHERS OK. I ALREADY CHECKED THAT THE WIFI CONNECTION IS OK, I DISABLED THE LANCASES (PROXY CONFIGURATION), I DRAWN THE DATA, I CLEANED MY COMPUTER WITH THE ANTIVIRUS, I UNINSTATED GOOGLE CHROME AND STILL ON REINSTALLING IT I CONTINUED WITH THE PROBLEM.
THE ERROR THAT I HAVE IS "GOOGLE CAN NOT ACCESS THIS PAGE, CHECK THE PROXY AND THE FIRE FIGHTER".
FROM THE INTERNET EXPLORER I CAN ENTER R PACKAGES. I HAVE WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE.

Also, do you have any firewall, antivirus, or other sort of product on your computer or network? If so, which do you have?
