I am sorry to hear that you have issue! 

In order to figure out what is going on, I need more specific information from you. 
 - What do you mean by "G mail want sync" or "Google apps want sync"? 
 - What do you want from Gmail / Google apps that is currently not there?
 - How can Chrome help you?
