Play Store (ARC) fails to start

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10452.11.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.31 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10452.11.0 (Official Build) dev-channel caroline Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click the Play Store icon at the bottom of the screen 2. Look at the now greyed out icon and spinner. Wait. 3. 15 minutes later, Play Store still hasn't started. What is the expected behavior? The Android Play Store should start. This worked ~a month ago. What went wrong? Play Store fails to start. file:///var/log/android.kmsg says [ 1160.069060] <5>init: Starting service 'zygote'... The other account on the same device is able to open the Play Store without trouble.

> This worked ~a month ago. When I wrote the above, I hadn't realized it was related to which account is logged in. So this may not be a regression: it could be that the Play Store has always not worked when logged in on a second account.

Issue 797706 appears to be the same bug.
