The keyboard microphone doesn't work well with Chrome Omnibox input:
1) It doesn't put anything in the box when omnibox is just focused with a tap (requires clearing or clicking inside)
2) It continues to accept input as the query is inserted
3) It doesn't auto-commit the query

We can encourage the users to use our mic instead (and especially since we'll be showing it more aggressively).

The mic can be disabled via setPrivateImeOptions() call on the text field with "nm" option.
