Add regression test for bug 810166

This is a follow up to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=810166#c12 - Let's make a regression test in PDFium, so FreeType bugs don't cause the same regression again.

My question is - what fonts did  bug 810166  affect? Would it be possible to make a test case using Roboto for instance?
