Issue descriptionThis morning's model inventory showed the following: Model Avail Bad Idle Good Spare Total [ ... ] expresso 0 5 3 3 5 11 Yesterday, the report showed similar numbers. The report says that there's a total of 11 managed DUTs, 3 of which were working, 3 of which were idle, and the rest of which were broken. In fact, as of earlier today, there were 31 managed DUTs, 25 of which were idle (locked, awaiting replacement) and 6 of which were working. This discrepancy needs explanation.

I've found 154 DUTs without a model label, including the expresso DUTs. I've applied labels to all the problem children, so future inventory runs should produce more accurate data.

Declaring victory for now. We can mark this verified after tomorrow's inventory run.

Latest inventory shows this: Model Avail Bad Idle Good Spare Total expresso 18 7 18 6 25 31 Also, the size of the inventory jumped by ~100 units yesterday, which is expected, since DUTs without a model label were previously uncounted. |

$ atest host list -b model:expresso | count_labels -p 6 bvt 8 suites 1 wificell $ atest host list -b board:expresso | count_labels -p 6 bvt 25 suites 1 wificell 1 wifichaos The problem is caused by all the DUTs without a model label. I'm going to search the inventory looking for missing model labels. I could have sworn I took care of this sort of discrepancy before rolling out model-based inventory, but I could be wrong. Also, I know our system can't always remember label assignments...
