Chrome not responsive to field changes

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome 2. Try to enter a URL - 5 to 10 sec delay 3. Field Selection takes more than 5 - 10 seconds What is the expected behavior? In Edge or other browsers there is no delay toggling between fields. What went wrong? When entering a different field within the browser i.e url field and then search field there is a log of between 5-10 seconds before it gains focus. If i run the Chrome as an administrator we do not get this issue. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 65.0.3325.162 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

abportsmobility@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 on the reported version 65.0.3325.162 and the latest Canary 67.0.3379.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and entered some URLin the omnibox. 2. Cannot observe any lag in selecting a omnibox suggestion. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with observations. Thanks..
