chromedriver builds for Linux/Windows missing for latest release (2.37)

Reported by amiag...@gmail.com, Mar 20 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
chromedriver 2.37 has been released (https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/chromedriver/downloads) but Linux and Windows builds seem to be missing.

What is the expected behavior?
I expect chromedriver_linux64.zip to be present in the directory for 2.37

For example, see https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html?path=2.36/

What went wrong?
chromedriver_linux64.zip is missing from https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html?path=2.37/

Did this work before? Yes chromedriver 2.36

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.162 Channel: n/a
OS Version:
Flash Version:

Sorry if this isn't the right place for chromedriver infrastructure bugs.

Looks like the Windows build just showed up. Perhaps the Linux build is next.

Would it be possible to release all builds at the same time when making the release?

For context, our build scripts grab the latest version of chromedriver from https://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/LATEST_RELEASE and then attempt to download the Linux build of that version.

Adding TE-NeedsTriageHelp label as this is out of TE scope of triaging as it is related to chromedriver builds.

Thanks!
