Chrome Running high CPU in XenApp/Desktop 7.15

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go into yahoo finance website runs extremle high cpu
2. chrome is locking up other users because it starts running extremely high cpu usage
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
for chrome to run at a lower CPU usage

What went wrong?
extremely high cpu.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.162  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: 29.0.0.113

Thanks for filing the issue!

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.162 using Windows with the below mentioned steps.
1. Launched Chrome
2. Navigated to https://in.finance.yahoo.com/
3. Clicked on 3 dot menu then opened Task manager.
We didn't observe any high usage of that mentioned site in task manager. Attaching the screen shot of the same.

@andresdiaz845: Could you please have a look at the screen shot and let us know if we have missed anything in the process. Any further inputs from your end may help us.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
As we are unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable 67.0.3396.62 and there is no response from the reporter from a long time, closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix.

@Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if there are any issues observed on the latest chrome builds.
