Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Clicking clear button in <input type="datetime-local"> (field not required) marks input as valid only the first time it's clicked. Subsequent clicks leave input invalid. 1. Enter invalid date (only month for example). 2. Press clear button (blue cross icon). 3. Enter invalid date (only month for example). 4. Press clear button (blue cross icon). What is the expected behavior? .validity.valid should be true What went wrong? .validity.valid is false Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 65.0.3325.162 Channel: stable OS Version: Fedora 28 Flash Version:

Please disregard as this is issue in AngularJS not Chromium. The original statement is false – .validity.valid is set to true when clicking clear button.
