Page gets unreponssive after zooming action on 'joshshadik.github.io'.

Chrome Version: 65.0.3325.181 Revision dc3469be277cc962ba01d9c0cb5bb1a265676c36-refs/branch-heads/3325@{#725}(32/64 bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Liunx(14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to https://joshshadik.github.io/voxsculpt/src/
(2) Click anywhere on page and zoom in page, observe.

Actual: Page gets unreponssive after zooming in action.

Expected: Page should not gets unreponssive after zooming in action.
 
This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M60' (# 60.0.3072.0)

Note: 1. Issue is not seen on Mac OS (10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4)
      2. Issue is also seen on M-66 Beta(# 66.0.3359.33), M-67 Dev (build #67.0.3371.0), M-67 Canary (build #67.0.3375.0).

The page is handling page zoom incorrectly. It's causing the canvas to be scaled up to extremely high resolutions in this case. I filed https://github.com/joshshadik/voxsculpt/issues/1 about it. This is not a browser bug.
