Uploaded a test file with an svg logo and a semi transparent overlay in the before. You shouldn't see the logo outside of the overlay. It has something to do with position: relative;

We are clipping, but not applying the border radius and the clip is offset. Reproduces in M-66. I'll bisect, as this might have been fixed.

This is a duplicate of 814177 which is fixed in M-67 and the M-66 branch. At this point the fix will roll out with M-66, in the next few weeks. |
