Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Chrome remote desktop, connect to remote host, make it full screen.
2. Play a video (YouTube works pretty well).
3. Flip back and forth between full-screened Chrome Remote Desktop, and tab playing youtube video.

It will eventually cause the video to hang.

What is the expected behavior?
Should not hang.

What went wrong?
Video will eventually stop playing, entire chrome UI will lock up, and will eventually get the spinning beach-ball.
