Some (not all) MP3 sound files do not play completely till the end

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.162 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Drag an .mp3 file (say Sound_1, of 3 seconds duration) into the browser.
2. Sound_1 stops playing within a second or so. (Unexpected)
3. Drag another .mp3 file (say Sound_2, of 3 seconds duration) in the browser.
4. Sound_2 plays completely till the end. (Expected)

Both of these files play perfectly in Chrome version 60.0.3112.113 (and in Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.18816CO).

What is the expected behavior?
Both the files should play completely without stopping abruptly.

What went wrong?
Some .mp3 files do not play for the full duration but stop playing abruptly. While others, play for the full duration, as expected.
Sorry, due to company policy I can't upload the sound files to make it easier for you to reproduce this issue.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-7 using chrome reported version #65.0.3325.162 and latest canary #67.0.3376.1.

Attached a screen cast for reference.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Downloaded 2 sample MP3 sound files from internet. 
2. Dragged a .mp3 file of 27 seconds duration into the browser and observed that the audio played without any issues till end.
3. Tested with 2 sample MP3 sound files by playing them in browser and observed that both played till end without any issues.

reporter@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #67.0.3376.1 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.
Also if possible please provide sample test .mp3 file to test the issue from TE-end.

Thanks for looking into the issue. I read through the description of the linked issue, and also checked the .mp3 file playback using chrome://media-internals.
Found invalid packets in the file. Chrome 60 continued to play the file, while Chrome 65 shows 'audio error during playing, status: PIPELINE_ERROR_DECODE'.
