Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. i have reported it several times 
2. Followed security advice 
3. kept my passwords safe, yet she gets around passwords by providing MY personal information and gains access-changes MY PASSWORDS and I am unable to access my own account any longer with NO OPTION FOR RE-ENTRY or at LEAST, HER REMOVAL.

What is the expected behavior?
i want my accounts back, her denied access ( not my I.P.? = NO ACCESS or secret password to verify my identity?  idk? ) 

What went wrong?
She gained access to my account changing my password just by telling them my phone number and my answer to my secret question

I don't know how to do a bug report or make a log or whatever I'm just a user and I'm frustrated as hell not being able to use my accounts so if this is not possible to keep my security then let me know please and I will find another service other than Google
