Issue descriptionChrome OS Version: Version 67.0.3375.0 dev 64-bit Chrome OS Platform: 10502.0.0 Official build dev-channel caroline Google_Clapper.7820.356.0 Steps： 1.Switch US or Pinyin layout 2.Switch to floating layout or Full layout 3.Tap voice input icon or Go to hw panel Actual: 1.In floating window, menu size still keep original ,results in US input item truncation 2.Change back to Dock mode results in top line disappeared 3.Go to voice input UI or HW panel , Pop up message box still not fit Refers to attached video
