Won't load video

Issue description

Device name:fire tablet

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:Chrome Beta 66 (66.0.3359.30) 
Operating system:android 5.5.1

URLs (if applicable):http://www.msnbc.com/ali-velshi/watch/cambridge-analytica-executives-caught-on-video-bragging-about-dirty-political-tactics-1189693507817

Steps to reproduce:
(1)click play video
(2)watch ad! 
(3)freeze, never advancing to play the video

Expected result:
To watch the video, preferably with ads blocked

Actual result: watch ad, but not the video

Tested the issue using #66.0.3359.30 on Android; Micromax 5.0.0 as per the steps mentioned in original comment. Able to play the video.

Unable to test the issue using fire tablet as it's not available with us. 

Adding related component for further triage.

This is unlikely to be triggering an interstitial. If the reporter has a system ad blocker installed, that may be causing an issue with the page, but we need more information before we can triage this, so marking 

Reporter:
- What do you mean by "preferably with ads blocked"?
- When the page "freezes", do you see a warning screen or anything different? Could you provide screenshots?
- Do you use an Android ad-blocker app?
- If you do, could you try with the ad-blocker disabled?
