Mus: overview window shadows incorrect on ui scale changes

On ToT @ #544070 running Chrome OS on linux desktop:
(1) Run chrome --enable-features=Mus
(2) Enter overview mode (F5)
(3) Press [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[-] and [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[+] a bunch.
Expected: The window shadows match the size/placement of the window.
Actual: The window shadows are incorrectly sized and misplaced.

Discovered via  Issue 822917 , but the fixes there don't seem to help.

Mike, would you be willing to look into this? I suspect when the DSF changes we need to ensure the bounds and transform of all windows are reset on the server.
