Issue date/time is 2018-03-16 9:02AM PDT. Note: Cfm in this video is also affected by crbug.com/756242.

Details:
- When the issue occurs, it requires unplug/replug to recover
- Issue has not been obeserved with single display setups
- Issue started with ChromeOS M63 and Huddly Go update to 1.1.5
- Issue has not been observed with other cameras, ex. Logitech C920
- Multiple meeting rooms are affected

Feedback log shows Huddly Go camera is detected, but impressions show HOT_LANE_NO_VIDEO_INPUT_DEVICES.
