I feel like this is nothing new, but whether it's intentional or not is the reason for filing the bug.

Reproduction steps:

1) Clear your address profiles
2) Enter an address in an address form and submit
3) Clear your address profiles
4) Repeat steps 2-3 as often as you like with new profiles
5) Autofill will suggest your previous form submissions in a field-by-field manner.  I can click the zip code field and see every postal code I've entered recently, even though I have no address profiles on file.
