Night Mode does not work on external monitor:

Steps to reproduce:
0) Detach external screen
1) Turn on "Night Mode"
2) attach external display

Expected Behavior:
Night mode is turned on for internal and external display

Actual Behavior:
Night mode is turned on only for internal display, not external display.
