[Multi Display] Invalid position if autofilll bubble

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Setup two displays: for left - scale factor 150% right - scale factor 100%. Right is primary display.
2. Open google auth page with presaved password
3. Move chrome window
4. Click in 'password input field'

What is the expected behavior?
The autofill bubble should be appeared under 'password input field'

What went wrong?
The autofill bubble is appeared in incorrect place.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.162  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.162 and on the latest version 67.0.3394.0 using Windows 10. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3112.0) considering it as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged.
Note: As ET team has dual monitor setup only on Windows-10 hence not updating the behaviour related to Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6.
