What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Make sure Autofill details are set-up and that you have an Organization set. Preferences > Advanced > Autofill Settings
(2) Head to the URL https://codepen.io/anon/pen/LdbMoR start typing in the either of the first two input fields (first name and last name)
(3) When the Autofill options display, click on your name

What is the expected result?
Both of the first two fields should be filled by Autofill and the third field should be left empty

What happens instead?
Both of the first two fields are correctly filled in by Autofill but the 3rd field - with the name value of 'dob_year' is populated with whatever your Autofill's Organization value is.

Workarounds:
1 This bug can be solved by adding the autocomplete value of `autocomplete="bday-year"` to the third field.

2 It can also be fixed by changing the name value from `dob_year` to literally any other value.

3 Finally it can also be fixed by removing either of the first two fields.
