Non-Regression : 'Show in folder' is seen as ghost text in Screenshot Notification

Project Member Reported by mmanchala@chromium.org, Mar 19 2018

Issue description

Chrome Version: 67.0.3374.0/10500.0.0 dev channel Daisy and Reks
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Press 'Ctrl+F5(Overview Mode Button)' for screenshot or Download any Image
(2)Now wait until Notification gets closed -> Again click on Notification Icon
->Now click on 'Expand' icon -> observe 'Show in folder' text is seen as ghost text-> it should be in Blue color text as it is clickable and it is option
[Hover mouse on 'Show in folder' text and observe Hand pointer]
(Please refer Video)

Expected:
'Show in folder' text should be in Blue color text as it is clickable and it is option
(or)
If 'Show in folder' text is seen as ghost text is intended then on hovering mouse pointer on 'Show in folder' text,Hand pointer should not be seen instead Arrow pointer should be seen

Actual: Instead
'Show in folder' text is seen as ghost text and ,Hand pointer is seen on hovering mouse pointer on 'Show in folder' text

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62

@Yoshiki: Please confirm the behavior

Note : Save page -> Now observe 'Show in folder' at Notifications (Please refer 'Expected_Show InFolder' Video)

This is WAI. The label is clearly specified in UX mock http://go/cros-md-notification-mock

@tetsui : Could you please confirm
If 'Show in folder' text is seen as ghost text is intended then on hovering mouse pointer on 'Show in folder' text,Hand pointer should not be seen instead Arrow pointer should be seen

Thanks ..!!

We changed the "show in folder" element to use a label instead of a button. So it's not ghost, or corrupted button presentation. As it's clickable label, hand pointer is appropriate.
