Regression : [md-extensions] Down arrow of a vertical scrollbar goes missing after resizing the browser window.

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 67.0.3375.0 (Official Build) 9a9b208d93102cd427f37a45e2bdc28c07f23cbc-refs/heads/master@{#543961} 32/64-bit OS : Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/ page. 2. Now resize the browser window upwards till down arrow of a vertical scroll goes missing. (Kindly review an attached screencast) Actual Result : Down arrow of a vertical scroll goes missing after resizing the browser window. Expected Result : Both the arrow icons (Up & Down) should remain at thier positions even after resizing browser window upwards to its max limit. This is a regression issue, broken in M-64 and providing the bisect using Per-Revision script: Good Build : 64.0.3275.0 (Revision : 518487) Bad Build : 64.0.3276.0 (Revision : 518818) You are probably looking for a change made after 518799 (known good), but no later than 518815 (first known bad). Update : Retested above issue in latest Canary #67.0.3377.0 build on Windows(7,8,8.1,10) and Linux(14.04 LTS) OS and the original issue is still reproducible with slightly different behavior. Now two vertical scrollbars are being shown and the first scrollbar still does not have 'down arrow' icon when md-extensions page is resized. Kindly review an attached screen-cast.

The observed behavior in #5 is the correct one. The inner scrollbar's (left) arrow will show up, when you scroll the outer (right) to the bottom. |
