Regression:Focus appears to be chopped on 'X' icon of zoom levels in chrome://settings/content/zoomLevels

Chrome Version:67.0.3375.0 (Official Build)Revision 9a9b208d93102cd427f37a45e2bdc28c07f23cbc-refs/heads/master@{#543961} (32/64-bit)
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10),Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) & Linux(14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome open 2-3 webpages and press ctrl++ to zoom in the page.
(2)Navigate to chrome://settings/ zoom in (ctrl+) to 110% > advanced > content settings > zoom levels
(3)Now press tab key till focus reaches 'X' icon of zoom level and observe the focus.

Actual: Focus appears to be chopped on 'X' icon of zoom levels.

Expected: Focus should be properly seen on 'X' icon of zoom levels.


This is a regression issue broken in 'M67' and below is the manual regression info

You are probably looking for a change made after 543290 (known good), but no later than 543291 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
