wrong animation when opening new incognito

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:67.0.3374
Operating system:7

Steps to reproduce:
(1)switch to tab switcher
(2)click on "new incognito tab"

Expected result:
nice animation

Actual result:
in the top of screen we see grey line, it disappears and then we see animation with omnibox.

Tested the issue using #67.0.3374.0 on Android 7.0.0 Samsung J7 and S7 and could not reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in comment #0. Observed animation looks good.

@reporter: Could you please help us with a sample screenshot?
