Log other fields from about://policy to policy_dump.json

Issue description

policy_dump.json contains policy data rendered as json, but it is often useful to have some of the other fields displayed on the about://policy page for debugging purposes.

Can we add the following fields:

Device and User clientId
Device directoryId
Device assetId and location
Enrollment domain and display domain
